Every set is delivered by hand, as a Steam gift sent straight to the Steam profile on your order. Steam only allows gifts between accounts that have been friends for at least 30 days, so your set is sent as soon as that waiting period is over – and we will let you know when it is on its way.

To protect its players, Steam only lets items be gifted to someone who has been on your friends list for at least 30 days, with Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator turned on for both accounts. It is Steam’s rule rather than ours, it applies to every seller, and nobody can speed it up or skip it.

Your countdown starts once your payment is confirmed and your order is approved. You can follow it from your account at any time.

No – and that is the beauty of it. We respect your privacy, so we never ask for your Steam login, password or Steam Guard code. All we need is a link to your public Steam profile, which tells us where to send your gift.

Each payment method comes with different fees and costs. TF2 keys and Dota 2 items, for example, have to be sold on again, and the Steam Community Market takes a fee of around 15% on every sale. So each method has its own price, and you will always see all of them on the set’s page before you order.

No. Apart from each cache’s Ultra Rare, Collector’s Cache sets cannot be traded or sold on the Steam Community Market. Valve only allows them to be gifted once, to a Steam friend of at least 30 days, which is exactly how we deliver them.

Once a set has been gifted to you, it is yours to keep and enjoy. In most cases it cannot be traded, sold or gifted again, so make sure the Steam profile on your order is the account you want it on.

Yes. Orders are paid in full, which is what reserves your set and starts your countdown.

If you would rather not pay before the wait, you are very welcome to add us on Steam first and place your order once the 30 days have passed. Your set can then be delivered straight away, as long as it is still in stock.

Usually 30 days – that is Steam’s gifting cooldown. If we are already Steam friends, because you have bought from us before or we have known each other for a while, there is no wait and we deliver your sets as soon as possible.

We check your payment by hand and approve your order. From that moment your sets are reserved just for you and the 30-day cooldown begins. You can follow it from your account, we email you when your order is approved, and again when your sets have been delivered.

Yes. Until an order is approved you can cancel it yourself from your account and nothing is kept. Once it has been approved, your sets are already reserved for you, so a cancellation is refunded at 80% of the total price.
