These terms cover purchases made through CCache Shop.
1. What we sell. Digital cosmetic items for Dota 2, delivered inside Steam. We are not Valve and are not affiliated with Valve.
2. Orders. Placing an order does not complete a sale. Orders paid by TF2 keys, Dota 2 items or crypto are checked by hand before they are approved. Until we approve an order, nothing is reserved and you may cancel it yourself.
3. Steam trade restrictions. Steam limits gifting between accounts that have been friends for less than 30 days. When we approve your order, a 30-day waiting period begins. We deliver after it ends.
4. Delivery. Delivery is manual and arranged with you in Steam. Keep the Steam profile on your account up to date; we deliver to the profile recorded on the order.
5. Pricing. Prices are in USD. Each payment method has its own price, shown before you order.
6. Your account. Keep your login details private. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your account.
7. Acceptable use. Do not attempt fraudulent payments, chargebacks after delivery, or resale in breach of Steam’s own terms.
8. Liability. We are not responsible for Steam outages, Valve policy changes, or trade restrictions applied to your account.
9. Contact. Contact@CCache.shop
