This policy explains when an order can be cancelled and when money is returned.
Before we approve your order. You can cancel it yourself from your account, or ask us to. Nothing has been reserved and anything you have paid is returned in full.
After we approve, before delivery. Your order is reserved and the 30-day Steam waiting period is running. Contact us: we will normally cancel and refund, minus any cost we cannot recover.
After delivery. Digital items transferred in Steam cannot be returned, so delivered orders are not refundable except where the law requires it.
If we cannot deliver. If we cannot complete your order for any reason, you get a full refund by the method you paid with.
Payments in keys, items or crypto. Refunds are returned in the same form where possible. Crypto refunds are sent to the address you paid from and are subject to network fees and the rate at the time of the refund.
